Another Thought on the “Debate” below regarding War with Iraq
Immediately upon waking up this morning it occurred to me that there is another thing very odd about Mark Brady’s “arguments” regarding war with Iraq. I had written that I was opposed to going to war, but that there were some conditions under which that opposition could change to support. Mark treats my approach as support for war, rather than opposition (which I find weird enough), but his arguments are mainly claims that the conditions I specify could never obtain. If that were in fact true, then what’s the point of his criticism? My opposition would be as enthusiastic as his.
