I should be doing lots of editing on the Encyclopedia of Libertarianism when in France and will hope to get through a few more books on the history of the rule of law and limited government. Wish me luck. (And I will post a few remarks on the treatment of substantive due process in John V. Orth’s short book.)
I also hope to get through Matt Ridley’s new book Nature Via Nurture: Genes, Experience, and What Makes Us Human. Matt will be speaking at a Cato Institute function in September.
