The co-author is my long-time friend (and we’ve both agreed and hotly disagreed long enough for me to write that) Tibor Machan, who teaches philosophy and business ethics at Chapman University and is resident philosopher at Freedom Communications, the newspaper chain that helped me as a young man better to understand freedom.
