I’ve co-authored a piece with Williamson Evers of the Hoover Institution on the Iraqi constitutional process. It should come out in a major paper on Tuesday, August 9. I’ll post a link to it when it appears.
UPDATE: As the situation has been in such rapid flux, we’ve rewritten it a number of times. It was to run on Thursday, August 11, but the editor called me today and told me they were running with another piece. C’est la vie. We’ve buffed it up a bit more and sent it on to the next paper.
