The Supreme Court today (oops! it’s after midnight, so make that yesterday) denied certiorari in the NRA-sponsored lawsuit that was competing with the second-amendment suit in which I’m a plaintiff. So that’s behind us. Now we’re waiting on the scheduling in our case.
