My essay on the case for allowing a gay pride parade in Moscow has been published on Cato.ru and will appear on Saturday on the popular gay website GayRussia.ru. I’ve submitted an English version for publication and hope to report soon that it’s been accepted for publication in English, upon which I’ll post a link to the English version.
UPDATE: I’ve conferred with my Arabic colleagues about the essay and they are going to be translating it into Arabic and publishing it. It’s not so much about Moscow, but about the benefits of living in an open and tolerant society.
