I’m directing a conference to be held in Tbilisi, Georgia in October. The announcement (in Russian) is available, and the program and registration details will be available soon. (English will follow; the program will be held in Russian and in English, with simultaneous translation and papers available in both languages.) The point of the conference is to present concrete reform steps toward privatization, establishment of the rule of law, reduction of corruption, and substitution of coercion and poverty with voluntarism and prosperity.
