Even if one thought she had a legitimate grievance (which of course she doesn’t), it seems like the value of what she supposedly “lost” was $200. So even on the most charitable interpretation, the most she could fairly sue for is … $200. Which is a tad short of a million.

This is what happens in a country in which the legal system encourages such stupidity.
No doubt. I hope there’s some kind of countersuit from Apple and AT&T for court expenses after the judge throws this out.
