I had a fun time talking about “The Rhetoric of Freedom” at the Students for Liberty Conference in Philadelphia, but had to rush back to D.C. to help take care of a sick friend. I’m finishing up my chapter on “Classical Liberalism, Poverty, and Morality” for the volume from Cambridge University Press, some fundraising proposals, a few essays, and … well, a lot of stuff.
My Arab colleagues have been adding new features to Misbahalhurriyya.org, including this new Center for Comparative Constitutionalism, which includes an introductory essay on the topic, the texts — translated into Arabic — of a number of constitutions (Japan, Belgium, Canada, USA, Czech Republic, and South Korea, with more to come), the texts of all of the Arab constitutions, and a number of essays by leading scholars on constitutional economics and related topics.
Cool new look for the blog!
