I’m going to interact with my colleagues in Europe at the Summer University of the New Economics at the University of Aix-en-Provence, where I’ll speak on “Different Conceptions of Rights: Liberal and Social-Democratic” and on “Law as a Discovery Process.” (The overall theme of the Summer University is on competition.) I’m still reachable by email or by phone (for those who remember the time difference!) and will have my Blackberry with, despite the fact that it has been rather tempermental lately and keeps freezing up when I have it in my pocket or its holster. (When it just sits on a table, it’s fine; it’s got some problem with movement, which is, of course, the point of having a Blackberry.)
