On-Line Petition for Free Speech in Russia

During the recent meeting of the European Resource Bank in Vienna, I was involved in drafting a Statement of Concern for Freedom in Russia. It’s now online and people can add their electronic signatures.

Anyone who wishes to add his or her name to the list (the online version is incomplete and is being increased with new names) should send me an email with full name and any relevant affiliation and I will forward it to the administrators.

(Note: There is a minor formatting problem on the website, and small slices of part of the letters are missing in the upper left hand side of the petition; I’ve notified the website administrator.)
