I had some great meetings in Oslo, made a presentation (which I enjoyed, at least) on globalization and cosmopolitan liberalism before a group of young Norwegians assembled by Civita, the Norwegian classical liberal think tank, and attended a very enjoyable outdoors drinks party for Civita supporters. All that and a short trip with Knud Berthelsen, who interned last semester at Cato, to the Viking Ship Museum, made for a very fruitful (if very short) visit. Now it’s back to London!
