President Lula of Brazil blames crisis on ‘white and blue-eyed’
I’m surrounded by “white and blue-eyed” people in Ukraine. I don’t think many of them bear any responsibility for the world economic crisis. What an embarrassment to the Brazilian government.

Why the “blue-eyed”? Is he trying to make sure he won’t be accused of anti-semitism?
I believe Mises had blue eyes. Many Jews do.
Lula is simply pandering to non-whites in Brazil, w/o offending too many dark-eyed whites of Portuguese descent, I suppose. He’s simply another racist socialist who glorifies the so-called indigenous.
