Tyler is one of the smartest people I know. I’ve known him since he was 15 or 16 and I met him at a Libertarian Scholars Conference, and later traveled up to New Jersey to speak at his high school in opposition to conscription. (His classmates were Daniel Klein and Randall Kroszner.)
