It took me less than a minute to add the banner ad for the Cato Institute’s Russian site, Cato.ru.**
The code for the banner ad can be found here. I’s being run on Russian-language news sites and blogs. The Arabic banner ads for the Lamp of Liberty are being run on Arabic news sites and blogs, as well. I’ll post a sample in a few days.
