At last my lecture tour on globalization is over, the Cato 25th anniversary celebrations are over, and I have a limited window of opportunity to dig through the mountains of emails, letters, and other items before getting busy with longer term projects such as the Encyclopedia of Libertarianism and shorter term projects such as my lectures for the Institute for Humane Studies seminar on “Liberty and Crisis,” my lectures for the Charles G.
