I’ll be very (very) busy for the next two full days, as the Cato University 2005 Spring Seminar started this evening. I have responsibilities for the whole event, including giving the first lecture tomorrow morning (on “Rational Choice and Public Policy Analysis”…..just the sort of thing to get the juices flowing at 8:30 am!).
