My friend Ben Pratt has a blog that features mainly informed economic commentary. I’d add this to some of the other fine economics sites, such as cafehayek.com, econlib.org, and marginalrevolution.com. (Ben is also active with the Flint Hills Institute, which does great work on issues in the American heartland; one of their central issues is health care economics, on which they also maintain a separate health issues blog.)
Horia Terpe, whom I met when he was a Charles G. Koch Summer Fellow in Washington, D.C. last year, has established the new Center for Institutional Analysis and Development, which has a website in both English and Romanian.
