Today has been another terrible day in Baghdad. I cannot escape the constant awareness of the suffering of the innocents there. I hope that the bastards who are carrying out the murders, regardless of sect or faction, are caught or killed. And I hope that policy-makers who are eager to project U.S. military force around the world are paying attention.
