I am so glad to see the progress of this little gem of a paper. If anything deserves the honor of being globalised, this paper surely does. What is wonderful about it, I think, (and what attracted me to it as a translator), above and beyond the clear reasoning presented, is its quiet but intense passion in defense of the innocent poor against those anti-global people who want to keep them in their state of nature. One cannot help but feeling that this man, Tom Palmer, really cares. Anyone who thinks Libertarians are just in favor of the rich should be given this paper as evidence to the contrary. PC
