I had a great time here in Toronto, but it was up at 3:45 to catch my flight to D.C. Thank God for coffee-in-a-can, which I managed to buy at the wonderful T&T Supermarket in Toronto. What a great place, and a temple to the benefits of globalization. Toronto has become a much more globalized and cosmopolitan city than I had remembered from my last visit, and the T&T Market was just one of the pleasant surprises.
I was especially pleased this morning to get an email at 4:30 am from my friend Bidjan in Berlin, confirming that he is organizing a rally there on behalf of Kareem. It will be a part of the worldwide network of rallies to be held on April 27. Anyone who would be willing to join with people in Ottawa, New York, Washington, Berlin, Paris, London, Rome, Brussels, Stockholm, and many other cities should please contact me and/or Mohammed Shouman (Editor@freekareem.org).
Now it’s back to D.C.
