Thank you, Dr. Palmer. I heard you speak once on limited government and I remember some of the themes of your talk that are in this paper. You make so clear the importance of limited government for democracy. It seems so obvious when you think about it, but so few people bother to think. Thank you for helping people understand the importance of limited government for freedom and for democracy.
