Working on my Lecture

I got in to Delhi last night and was met at the airport by my friend Barun Mitra and my friend and colleague Jude Blanchette. After a good Indian meal and conversation and some moderately helpful sleep, I’m working on my lecture for this evening’s Julian L. Simon Memorial Lecture, hosted by the Liberty Institute and the Friedrich Naumann Stiftung on “Enduring Democracy and Limited Government: The unbreakable partnership.”
