Even the Times (a Murdoch paper) is critical of the police brutality. One dead protester and dozens of (severly) injured ones.
Was a person killed in the anti-NATO protest when the “protesters” set buildings on fire? If so, I missed that.
No, of course, not. The whole protesting in Strassburg, London et al against free trade, NATO and the financial crisis was very much interconnected, ie there were people in the crowds who protested against all of the above mentioned.
Incidentally, the person killed was not even a protester but a person passing by the protest who was struck down by a policeman and then suffered a heart attack.
